Sealed Air Instapak Quick is een prachtig product om de meest breekbare en gevoelige producten te beschermen tijdens transport. Met Sealed Air Instapak Quick weet u zeker dat uw producten zoals vazen, glaswerk, gevoelige electronica of andere breekbare of waardevolle spullen veilig hun bestemming bereiken.
Sealed Air Instapak Quick is een opvulmateriaal dat zich geheel naar de vorm van het product vormt en daarna fixeert. Het beschermt producten van allerlei formaten, vormen en gewichten en is snel, ruimtebesparend en eenvoudig in gebruik.
Materiaal
Polyurethaan (PUR)
Deel A: Difenylmethaandiisocyanaat, Isomeren en Homologen.
Deel B: Tertiaire Amines.
Vrij van CFC en HCFC
Dikte 25 micron
Gebruik
Ontvouw allereerst de Instapak zak op een vlakke ondergrond. Druk vervolgens stevig op de 'A' om de inhoud te activeren. Druk daarna 10 tot 15 keer op de 'A' en op de 'B' die op het zakje staan. Hierdoor wordt de inhoud gemengd. Leg vervolgens de zak in de doos. Wanneer het schuim in het zakje begint te stijgen, plaats dan het product in het midden van het zakje. Houdt vervolgens het artikel op dezelfde plek, tot deze vanzelf blijft liggen.
Activeer vervolgens een tweede Instapak zakje. Leg deze, voordat het zakje begint te stijgen, in de doos bovenop het product. Hierdoor neemt het zakje bij het stijgen de vorm van de doos aan.
Na dit te hebben gedaan heeft u een perfect verpakt en beschermd pakket dat tegen een stootje kan.
